Then, your body will develop lean muscles and these muscles will burn calories non-stop for you.
Use a combination of good old fashioned diet and exercise.

Count the number of sodas you drink a day! Sugary treats that leave you thirstier than before, read the labels!
Go to the websites if you have to, if they have over 5% sugar or more than 3 chemicals, preservatives in them. Switch to healthier ones.
I’m not just saying zero calories I mean fresh flavored milk, natural fresh juices etc. Cut them out little by little until you are getting your 8 glasses a day of water back!

Note, that your arms will be extended in front of your body.
You need to keep them straight the whole time.
Do that 3 sets of 10 reps, but make sure you don’t underestimate the work of it all!

Remember the faster you go, the more arm fat you’ll get off.

Breakfast being the most important meal of the day should always contain at least 45% protein in it.
Add protein and fat to all your meals do not go without either.
Carbohydrates are the easiest source of energy for the body and are quickly digested leaving you hungry sooner.

Before buying your cheese see the label and make sure you buy natural cheese and not the processed ones.

If you cannot eat up to 20 g. of fiber, the alternative is fiber supplements.
I would suggest that you take natural supplements instead of chemical.
Natural fiber supplements include flax seeds, which are available at any health store.
Another interesting thing to note here might be that our body muscles are mostly made of fiber.
